Best plumbing software (2026): picks by team size, with real prices

In my view, fast dispatch, upfront pricing and knowing which jobs make money matter most to plumbing shops. Here is which tools cover them, and what they cost.

The short answer

Solo plumbers: Jobber Core at $29 a month. 2 to 5 plumbers: Housecall Pro Essentials ($149) for flat-rate pricing and job costing, or Kickserv ($60 for 5 users) if price matters most. 10 plumbers: Kickserv Run ($119) or Jobber Connect ($229). All billed annually.

What plumbing shops need from software

My take on what matters most for plumbing:

  • Fast dispatch: emergency calls need the nearest plumber on the way, so dispatch and GPS matter.
  • Upfront, flat-rate pricing: quote the job before you start, the same way every time.
  • Job costing: knowing which jobs actually make money.

Watch the user count

Kickserv's cheapest plan already includes 5 users, while Jobber Core and Housecall Pro Basic include 1. For a small crew, compare the plan that fits your headcount, not the headline price.
