I may earn a commission if you sign up through a link on this page. It never changes the prices I report or what I recommend. How this works
The short answer
- Starter
- $245
- per month, reported
- Plus
- $382
- per month, reported
- Pro
- $627
- per month, reported
Reported prices
| Source | Date | Starter | Plus | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Capterra pricing guide (says vendor-confirmed) | September 2026 | $245/mo | $382/mo | $627/mo |
| G2 pricing page | Updated August 5, 2026 | $259/mo | $399/mo | $649/mo |
| Capterra product listing | Not dated | $259/mo | $399/mo | $649/mo |
| Service Fusion pricing page | October 18, 2026 | Demo for pricing | Demo for pricing | Demo for pricing |
Service Fusion's FAQ promises 15% off on annual billing. Applied to Capterra's figures, that works out to about $208, $325 and $533 a month, by my math.
Unlimited users changes the math
What each plan includes
| Plan | Pitch on the page | Adds |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Basic scheduling, dispatch, and customer management | Customer management, estimates and jobs, scheduling and dispatching, QuickBooks integration, invoicing and payments, reporting, text alerts, estimate options |
| Plus (most popular) | Adds inventory management, job costing, and photo uploads | Job photo uploads, inventory management, job costing, integrated voice and text, service agreements (see below), up to 3 technician reviews |
| Pro | Adds eSignatures, customer web portals, and recurring invoicing | Open API, custom documents, eSign documents, customer web portal, progress billing and recurring invoicing, up to 5 technician reviews |
Service agreements are a mixed message on the page: the Plus card lists them, but the FAQ says they are "included with the Pro plan and available as an add-on for Plus ($149/month)". Ask which applies to your quote.
Add-ons
- Service agreements: $149/month on Plus, per the FAQ; included on Pro.
- Job costing, inventory management, eSignature: the add-ons section says "Included in Plus and Pro" (though the Plus card doesn't list eSign). No standalone price shown.
- GPS fleet tracking and ServiceCall.ai (phone system with call tracking): listed, no price shown.
- Payments: FusionPay, powered by PaySimple. No rate published.
What users say they pay
- A user in r/QuickBooks, April 2026: "We pay something like $300/mo." Plan not named.
- A user in r/HVAC, September 2019: "We pay 100/mo with unlimited office and field workers." Seven years old, so treat it as history.
When it's a good deal
My take, from the numbers above:
- Bigger crews: at $245 for unlimited users, Starter beats per-user pricing once you pass a handful of people. Jobber Connect is $229/month for 10 users, billed annually.
- Small crews: for 1 to 5 people, tools with published prices cost less. Jobber starts at $29 and Kickserv is $60 for 5 users, billed annually. See all 7 alternatives.
- No contract: month to month means you can leave anytime, unlike FieldEdge's auto-renewing contract or FieldPulse's seats bought for a contract term.
