Which to pick
My take, based on the published prices above:
- 1 to 5 people: Jobber or Housecall Pro. Both cost a fraction of ServiceTitan's estimated per-tech price. See them head to head.
- 5 to 20 people on a budget: Kickserv, at $60 to $199 a month for 5 to 20 users billed annually.
- 10+ techs: Kickserv Run is $119 a month and Jobber Connect $229 for 10 users, billed annually, against roughly $2,000 to $3,000 a month for 10 techs on ServiceTitan (my estimate from a consultant's per-tech range, before add-ons).
- You want an enterprise-style package anyway: get FieldEdge and FieldPulse quotes and hold them against ServiceTitan's. What to ask before signing.
