Workiz pricing (2026): the prices Workiz stopped showing

Workiz took prices off its pricing page in 2026. Here are the last prices it published, what each plan includes today, and the add-ons that cost extra.

The short answer

Workiz is quote-only now. The last prices on its own pricing page (March 2026) were Standard $229/month and Pro $270/month billed annually, or $275 and $325 billed monthly, each including 5 users. Phone, answering and marketing tools are sold separately. 7-day free trial.

From Workiz's pricing page as archived on March 26, 2026. By June 11, 2026 the page said "Request pricing" for every plan. Not current list prices.

Workiz's own llms.txt file (a summary it publishes for AI tools) still lists Standard at $275/month and Pro at $325/month for 5 users, labeled "annual". The archived page showed those as the monthly-billing prices, so expect $275 and $325 to be the higher end. Its FAQ says annual billing saves "$400+".

Add-ons sold separately

  • Genius Phone, Genius Answering, Genius Marketing: labeled "sold separately", no price shown.
  • Card readers: sold separately. Workiz's help center says you pay card processing fees; the rate isn't published on the pricing page.

What users report

  • A Software Advice reviewer (owner, February 2025): "CRM + phone service costs around $400 per month", with the phone service alone at $100 including 1,500 text messages, then $0.01 per text, and Genius Answering at $200 per month.
  • A Reddit user who left Workiz in February 2026 wrote that they were pushed toward a new 12-month contract when they tried to downgrade. One report, but ask about contract terms up front.

Is it worth it?

My take, from the numbers above:

  • For 5 users, Workiz's last published Standard price ($229 billed annually) was above Jobber Connect and Housecall Pro Essentials ($149 each) and Kickserv Start ($60), all billed annually.
  • Its strength is calls and leads. If Genius Phone and Answering would replace a separate phone system and an answering service, price them together against what you pay now.
  • Flat rate and service plans need Ultimate, the custom tier. Housecall Pro has flat-rate pricing from $149 and service plans on Max ($299), billed annually.

Compare every vendor in field service software pricing, see Jobber vs Housecall Pro, or check dispatch features by plan in HVAC dispatch software.

Questions people ask

Workiz's pricing page now says "Request pricing" for all three plans. The last prices it published, in March 2026, were Standard at $229/month and Pro at $270/month billed annually ($275 and $325 billed monthly), each including 5 users. Ultimate was quote-only ("Let's talk") on that March 2026 page, and its cheaper Kickstart and free Lite plans have since been dropped.
