I may earn a commission if you sign up through a link on this page. It never changes the prices I report or what I recommend. How this works
The short answer
- Plans
- 3
- Select, Premier, Elite
- Licenses
- 2 / 4 / 6
- Mobile app, by plan
- Free trial
- None
- Demo only
The 3 plans
| Select | Premier | Elite | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Request pricing | Request pricing | Request pricing |
| Mobile app licenses | 2 | 4 | 6 |
| Dispatching | Basic | Advanced | Advanced |
| Quotes | Single option | Multi-option | Multi-option |
| Service agreements | Basic | Advanced | Advanced |
| Saved reports | None | 10 | Unlimited |
| Performance and commission tracking | No | Yes | Yes |
| Outbound call recording | No | No | Yes |
| Warehouse inventory | No | No | Yes (needs QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise with Advanced Inventory) |
| Support | Chat | Email or phone | Dedicated customer success rep |
Every plan includes a pricebook with flat-rate pricing, QuickBooks Online and Desktop integration, integrated payments, integrated SMS texting, reporting and an onboarding specialist.
Add-ons
Proposal Pro, MarketingEdge, Academy and the Consumer Management Portal are included on Elite. On Select and Premier they are "Call for Pricing" add-ons. That makes the gap between plans hard to judge from the page: ask for the Premier quote with and without the add-ons you'd actually use, next to the Elite quote.
Contract terms
FieldEdge's FAQ says you can upgrade anytime but downgrade only at the end of your current contract period. The service agreement linked from its site is Xplor's US SaaS terms (FieldEdge is an Xplor product). That agreement says:
- Subscriptions auto-renew for 12-month periods.
- Cancelling takes 60 days' written notice before the term ends.
- Ending early costs the monthly fees for the months left in the term.
- Price increases need 2 months' notice.
Your order form decides the first term
What customers report
I couldn't find a first-hand monthly price from a FieldEdge customer on Reddit, Capterra or G2. Two signals did come up:
- A 12% price increase: a customer in r/FieldEdge wrote in April 2026 that they were notified of a 12% increase effective June 2026. One report, not a confirmed company-wide change.
- Onboarding fee: G2's AI-generated pricing FAQ says onboarding fees were reported at about $1,500 in one G2 review. I couldn't open that review, so treat it as a single data point.
If you're a FieldEdge customer and willing to share what you pay, tell me. I'll add it here without your name.
What to ask before you sign
- The total monthly price for your number of techs and office users.
- The price per additional mobile license.
- Onboarding or setup fees, and whether data migration costs extra.
- The length of the first term and the price at renewal.
- Card processing rates if you use FieldEdge Payments, in writing.
Alternatives with published prices
Want a number before the demo? Jobber starts at $29/month and Housecall Pro at $59/month, billed annually. Housecall Pro includes flat-rate pricing from its Essentials plan ($149/month), and FieldEdge on every plan. See field service software pricing for all 8 tools, the best HVAC software by shop size, and ServiceTitan alternatives if you're choosing between the two.
Questions people ask
FieldEdge doesn't publish prices. All three plans (Select, Premier and Elite) say "Request Pricing", and its FAQ says the price depends on your team size and add-ons. Capterra and G2 also list it as contact-vendor.
